Season Tenderloin with MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning, oil, thyme and rosemary. Ler marinate for a few minutes.
In a skillet on high heat, melt the butter and sear the tenderloin till golden. Cook according to your desired doneness.
Cover the potatoes in foil and lay in a baking tray. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius till cooked.
Season the tomato and eggplant with salt and pepper before grilling them, top with cheese allow it to melt into the vegetables. Keep them aside till serving.
Grill the beef bacon and mushrooms together. Keep aside till serving.
Mix the MAGGI® Demi Glace with some water and bring to boil. Season with black, green pepper and simmer till a thick sauce forms.
To serve, place the demiglace pepper sauce at the base of a serving platter. Layer the potatoes, grilled vegetables, steak and bacon on top with the help of a skewer.
