day 19 Khaleeji Batata

INGREDIENTS:
• 200g Precut Frozen Potato Wedges• 2g Maldon Salt• 20g MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning
METHOD:
In a deep fryer, fry the wedges at 180 degrees Celsius for 3-5 minutes or until crispy.
Immediately after frying and when still hot, season with 20g MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning and toss well so the seasoning sticks to the wedges.
Sprinkle some coarse Maldon salt for look and flavor.
You may serve it alongside the dip of your choice.
