Clean the lamb chops thoroughly and pat dry with paper towel.
Combine half of the MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning, olive oil, and tomato paste, add the lab chops to the mixture and marinate well.
In a pot, sauté the diced onion, crushed garlic in some butter.
Add the remaining MAGGI® Professional Khaleeji Seasoning, along with the washed basmati rice and mix well.
Add water to the rice pot, bring to a boil, and then let simmer for 12 minutes or until rice are cooked. Keep aside for plating.
Heat a pan and grill the lamb chops, according to your desired doneness.
