Clean and slit the fish in the middle before marinating thoroughly with MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning.
Grill the fish till cooked.
In a pot, heat the butter and olive oil.
Sauté the onion, ginger and capsicum before adding the rice.
Season with some more MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning, salt and bring to a boil.
Simmer on low and cooked covered for 20 minutes or until rice is fluffy.
Once cooked, drizzle some lemon juice and let rest before serving.
To serve, place the grilled fish on a bed of rice with side of sauce made from blending tomato, coriander, onion, parsley, capsicum, ginger and cashew nuts in a food processor.
