DAY 29 Harees

INGREDIENTS:
• 1kg Veal• 500g Whole Wheat Grain• Salt to taste• 2L Water• 50g Ghee• 50g MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning
METHOD:
Wash and soak the wheat in cold water for 1 hour.
Add Veal to a big pot with water and bring to a boil. Simmer till the meat is half cooked.
Drain the wheat and add to the pot with the veal. Continue to cook on medium heat till everything is cooked and soft, adding more water if necessary.
Once the mixture becomes soft, add in the 50g MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning, mix well and continue to simmer for another 2 hours.
Before serving, dallop some ghee on top of the harees.
