DAY 05 Khaleeji Shrimp Harra

INGREDIENTS:
SHRIMP:
• 5 large Shrimps• 10g Garlic• 50ml Olive Oil• 30ml Lemon Juice• 20g MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning
SAUCE:
• 25ml Olive Oil• 35g Red Onion• 5g Garlic• 20g Lebanese Chili Paste• 250g Buitoni® Tomato Coulis• 2g Coriander• 5g MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning• Salt to taste• Pepper to taste
METHOD:
Marinate the Shrimp with MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning, chopped garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.
Grill it on both side till cooked well.
For the sauce, sauté chopped onion and garlic with olive oil.
Add chili paste and mix well.
Add some Buitoni® Tomato Coulis and season with MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning, salt & black pepper.
Add the sauce on the plate, arrange the shrimps on top. You may garnish with some pomegranate seeds, pine nuts and coriander.
