Preheat the waffle iron.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well till a homogenous waffle batter appears. Let it rest for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, marinate the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, and MAGGI® Khaleeji Seasoning.
Stir fry at till chicken is cooked, keep aside.
Add half of the batter on the waffle iron, layer with the chicken shawarma, then add the remaining batter.
Cook till waffle is golden brown and crispy.
Remove carefully and serve alongside fries, cheese sauce and pickles.
