Can I reset my password if I can’t remember my log in details?

What happens if I have further issues with password/account reset?

Why has my order not been released for delivery?

Please check the status under My Orders - you could be on credit block. If your account is on a block, you will be required to pay any open/overdue invoices before your order can be released.

Do I need to approve/confirm my basket for my order to be successfully processed?

Yes, you need to confirm your order for it to be processed.

What is my order delivery schedule?

Order delivery schedule day 1 for day 3. For example, if you order by 12 pm on a Monday it will arrive on the Wednesday.

What is my cut off time to order?

Orders must be placed before 12pm.

Can I place my order using an App Via my mobile phone?
