My Portal – Orders, Invoices and Favourites
From the homepage, scroll over ‘My Portal’ to access the homepage, your previous orders, invoices and your favourites and training materials. You can also access these via the quick link buttons in the centre of the homepage.
Select ‘My Orders’ to search and view your purchase history. Here you will find your order dates, status, and details.
If you click on ‘View order details’ you will see the products from previous orders. From here you can add previously ordered items directly to the cart for reordering.
You can also track existing orders by viewing order details and scrolling down to the track order icon.
Select ‘My Invoices’ to view and download previous invoice details.
Select ‘My Favourites’ to view your favourite products. From here you can add items directly to the cart for reordering.
To add a product to your favourites, simply click on the heart icon next to the product on the product page or catalogue.
