How to Place an Order

This section of the guide will demonstrate how to place and submit your order.
Once you have searched for your product using either the search bar or the catalogue, simply select the quantity of the product that you require in the quantity box and then add it to the cart.

Shopping Cart

‘My Cart’ can be found in the top right corner and is where your selected products will be stored before submitting the order.
You can view the items in your cart at any point while placing the order.

The number of items will be visible next to the symbol as you add items to the cart, and the total basket value will be visible at the bottom.

Once you have completed your shopping, go to ‘My Cart’ and click ‘Proceed to checkout’. You can then choose your delivery date and enter a PO number before submitting the order. An example of how to place and submit your order is shown below.

Please note that the minimum order value is £250. If your cart total is less than this amount, you will be unable to proceed to checkout.

Step 1 - Select Category and Find Product.

Step 5 – Click on My Cart

Step 6 - Check that you’re happy with the contents and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

To remove products no longer required, simply click the dustbin symbol to remove. There is also an option to “Remove all” items if required.

You can also adjust the quantity here by clicking the +/- symbols. The order total will be displayed at the bottom right-hand side.
You are now ready to Checkout. The proceed to checkout button can be located at the bottom of the cart pop up.

Step 7 – Choose Your Shipping Address and Delivery Date

The earliest delivery date for your order will be highlighted in green within the calendar pop-up box.
Once you have chosen all information, select "next."
Orders will be placed on day 1 for delivery on day 3.

There is the option to receive your delivery on any weekday of your choice thereafter (all available delivery dates will be highlighted in grey within the calendar pop-up box).

You can order as many times as you require, even within the same week. The cut-off time for orders to be submitted is 12 pm on day 1 for delivery on day 3.
Please select the date you wish to receive your delivery from the options within the pop-up calendar. Please note, there will be no deliveries made on weekends or bank holidays.

Step 8 – Confirm Your Cart

Step 9 – Provide Delivery Instructions

Enter your Purchase Order number and any additional information for your delivery. Once done, select ‘Next’.

Step 10 - Submit Your Order

Review the Terms & Conditions and tick the box on the bottom left-hand side of the page to confirm that you agree with all the Terms & Conditions. Once this box has been ticked, you can click on ‘Place Order’.

When you are ready, go ahead and Confirm Order to complete.
Congratulations – you have now successfully completed your order!
An Order Confirmation screen will pop up once your order has been placed, as shown below.

All of your confirmed orders can be found under the ‘My Orders’ tab.
